NOTIFICATION TO ALL EXISTING CUSTOMERS
In order to ensure that we can continue to provide you with the best possible value for money, and in line with many service providers, we are moving to align our charges with the specific support costs associated with our customers. We are therefore introducing the following administrative charges effective 13th December 2006:
Direct Debit payment method:
gotalk encourages customers to pay by direct debit from a bank account. All accounts not paid by Bank Account or Credit Card Direct Debit will incur a $2.00 administrative fee.
If you wish to pay by Direct Debit method, please download and complete the Direct Debit form and return to us at KiroNet Accounts, PO Box 3858, Robina Town Centre QLD 4230.

CLIENT SERVICE AGREEMENT
If you have chosen the Direct Debit payment method, then we will provide you with a bill (either paper or online, depending on the requirements of your plan or the method you have opted for) before debiting the amounts owed to us.
Invoice method for KiroVOIP (Broadband Voice) services:
It is the condition of KiroVOIP, Broadband Voice services that the invoices are provided electronically. Should you wish to continue to receive a paper bill by mail, a $2.00 administrative fee will be applicable.
